The peppers were drenched in grease, leaving the crust entirely soggy. I called back to express my concerns, and while the worker I spoke to was polite and promised to remake the pizzas, things didn’t improve when I picked them up. When I checked the new pizzas in my car, I found that both were undercooked, and the pepperoni pizza barely had any cheese on it at all. It felt like they were annoyed about having to remake the order. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and can confidently say that I will not be returning. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this place.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One man waited an hour for his order, and after standing at the counter for an additional 20 minutes, he finally received it. Another patron had his order accidentally discarded, and the staff treated him poorly when he inquired about his pizza. My roommate and I ordered a pizza, and after waiting 10 minutes, we had to go up 20 minutes later to check on it, only to be told it was burned and still being cooked. Two of the guys on staff tried to help, but they came across as immature and inattentive. Meanwhile, the female staff members at the front were quiet and rude, showing little concern for the six customers who had been waiting for 20 minutes. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, each experience has been worse than the last.
I ordered a half pepperoni, half cheese pizza. The staff told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, but when I checked back after 15 minutes, they asked me to park and wait because they had accidentally put some barley in the oven. Meanwhile, they were laughing about their mistakes. I wasn’t given anything for my wait, so I decided to go to Papa Murphy’s instead. If I have to wait, I might as well wait for an order that I can bake at home!
So obviously not, except for a gourmet experience of Little Caesars, but that was just terrible. I ordered in the app and chose the drive by option. When I arrived, the line was long and blocked traffic in the mall, so I decided to park and go. Inside there was a disorganized group of people standing around and I had no idea who was on order and who just picked up food. The employees seemed confused and uncertain about how to deal with things. I could finally get someone's attention and get my pizza. When I got it home, it was somehow overhauled and undercut. Honestly, if I don't blame people. They all seemed like overwhelmed children with little to no training that are not paid enough. I blame the management and property of this business that they don't prepare their employees well enough to do it right.
I Was just there an hour ago. the staff is really young and don?t have the best customer service. I wasn?t even done with my order and the girl in the drive through window was already cutting me off and telling me to come around the drive thru again in 10min. I had ordered ranch and I know it cost money and she didn?t even add it on the bill but she continued to ?shoo? me off. She didn?t hand me the receipt so When I went back another staff gave me my order and charged me again as far as I know for the ranch that was supposed to be in the initial bill. They roll their eyes as if it?s the customers fault that they have to work. Management should require mandatory modules for employees to review before being placed as a cashier and attending customers. I was having a great day but their bad moods turned my day around. I kept manners and even apologized for asking for the ranch that I ordered. The food was good and well cooked I just really wish there was a better interaction.
