Two years ago we celebrated my husband's birthday at this restaurant. The service for our party of three was lacking. The orders were mixed up, some of us had finished eating while others were still waiting. The steak took an hour to cook and was overdone. It seemed like the kitchen was overwhelmed. We have been here before and had a better experience, but this visit has made us reconsider coming back. The prices are too high for the quality of food. The only positive aspect was the view of the city. Perhaps it would be better if the restaurant closed and a cafe opened in its place, catering to young people during the day for photo opportunities and scenic views. Alternatively, it could be turned into a viewing platform for a small fee. Overall, we were disappointed with our dining experience.
The concept of this restaurant is beautiful, offering a stunning view of the city along with delicious cuisine. However, there were some issues with service during my visit. I asked for coffee to be brought later, but it was only given to me as I was leaving. This led to a delay in clearing the table and removing dirty dishes, which were left there for quite some time. The manager eventually had to step in and reprimand the waitress for her oversight. Despite these service issues, I must commend the manager for trying to maintain order and checking in on the staff regularly. It would be nice to see the elevator cleaned more frequently, as it was quite dirty. Overall, the highlight of my visit was the woman working in the cloakroom, who was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the positive experience during my two-hour stay at your restaurant on 04/03/2021.
Two years ago we celebrated my husband's anniversary. The service barely passed. Guests were served orders one by one, some were eating while others watched. The tartare took an hour to prepare!!!! Apparently they went to the tundra, hunted reindeer, and then cooked it. I wouldn't say the cuisine was wow, just average. We used to go there and the situation was better, but this visit put an end to our relationship with this place. And the prices are too high. The only joy was the city view. They would be better off closing the restaurant, opening a cafe for young people to visit during the day, where people could come in to take photos and enjoy the view. Or turn it into an observation deck for a small fee. But we won't set foot in the restaurant again.
This budget-friendly restaurant serves uninspired dishes.
