Panera Bread - Salisbury

Ordered the green goddess chicken Cobb salad. The chicken looked and tasted so bad that I called in for a new one without chicken, but apparently they decided to make me a salad with 1 small bite of an avocado and a quarter of an egg slice. Not worthhow much the salads are. Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. Adding to this- I went to take a bit of the avocado, and sawthat there was a piece of chicken on it. They must have just scooped it off the previous salad and thrown it on there.

The food was delicious. My sister and I got salads, and they were correctly prepared and delicious. But we ordered on the app and had to wait to interrupt a young guy visiting and flirting with the staff to get our order. It wasn't in the rapid pick uparea or on the counter. And all of the tables were dirty. If they have time to flirt, they have time to wipe off a table forcustomers to have a clean table to eat off of. The food was good, but the atmosphere and service was very sub par for what I amused to with Panera as well as what I expect for any establishment that is supposed to be in the business of serving customersin an efficient and clean way.

This is likely the worst Panera I've ever been to. The 3.6 rating seems overly generous considering my experiences. Each time I go, I encounter something disappointing. The bathrooms are quite dirty, and during my last visit, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the restroom area near the beverage machines. Additionally, the food is overpriced for what you receive; it really isn't anything to write home about.

The only positive aspect of the experience was the delicious soup and baguette.

As for the interior, it definitely needs some improvement. Since I started visiting in May, I've noticed some flickering lights that are covered with cardboard, which isn't very appealing. The ceiling tiles in the kitchen could use a fresh coat of paint or perhaps even replacement, and the walls need some attention as well. On top of that, the glass on the oven ought to be cleaned or replaced entirely. These issues become quite obvious when you're waiting for your order, and I hope the staff are also cleaning behind and under the equipment. Despite these concerns, I will keep coming back because the staff truly make the experience enjoyable.
