Great atmosphere in a medieval castle, the in-house beer is the ham. Very polite staff.
The location is fantastic and fairytale, the castle is in good state and the staff very friendly and folkloristic. It is reached in 10 minutes on foot and at the bases there is a large parking lot. With my colleagues we had dinner in the Knights Room typically high atesine dishes. In the detail barley soup, sauerkraut and canederli with meat, sausage and ribs, chestnuts and Krapfen. The first creamy and very tasty. The meat was excellent, cooked in dots with the sauerkraut which had a good acidity. The accompaniment with the canederli instead of the bread ' always breaks '. Wine and various types of excellent craft beer plotegher. Surely it is a stage that must be done, I highly recommend it!
Consigliatissimo.
