Mcdonald's - Salt Lake City

Delicious place! Always quick and concise with my order. Too bad they close at 11pm now but very few places are 24/7 nowadays.

Horrible costumer service, Side of fríes and dollar menu burger takes me 25 minutes. Employees were playing in the kitchen and no one attending behind the counter. I will never come back to this place it’s much better go to B. King or Wendy’s…..

Ordered on the kiosk. Ordered a large fries, large Dr pepper and a double bacon cheeseburger. Got no receipt. Got a double cheeseburger instead of a double bacon cheeseburger. I got cheated by the staff from what I ordered. Not a pleasant experience. 1 star for not following the order as requested. I would hope management would reach out to rectify the situation and make it right?

Honestly this McDonald's is seriously the worst!!! Unfortunately I've gone to this location many times because it's close by and the other McDonald's close by has the same problems that this one does. This McDonald's is always clos ed during irregular hours even though there's supposed to be open 24/7 they are not open 24/7 if you are thinking about coming here late at night past 8:00 p.m. they're probably going to be closed you will show up to the place being empty with the lights off or you wi … – show

Ordered a 4d just the sandwich with a water, employee charged me for a full meal and told me the total after I had already taped my card. I requested a refund and was ignored as the employee had already started speaking to the women next to me. I hope NO disciplinary action is taken against the employee, however getting ignored is a very frustrating way to be told that this McDonald's does not offer refunds.
