After hearing good things from others, I was eager to give this restaurant a try. It's a charming little spot with a focus on using fresh ingredients. I opted for the Sona bowl and decided to switch the chicken for salmon. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating. If I ever find myself in SLC again, this is definitely where I'll be stopping for some tasty and fresh food.
Not great food… got the pancakes and they gave me about 1 Tbs. Of syrup for 3 large pancakes and no butter so it was very dry. The fruit on top was old and dry. My husband got the eggs Benedict and it had no flavour and was served cold.
I was impressed by the variety of menus! From fresh juices to bowls, salads, wraps, soups and everything in between. The atmosphere goes hand in hand with the food concept: open, clean, bright. Staff are super attentive and nice. You can say your food was made with so much attention to detail and quality ingredients. The price point is great considering that you get real food. Nothing fake, processed or bad for your body.
This restaurant serves incredibly fresh dishes made from scratch. The tuna sandwich with a hummus base and the Chia seed pudding with Cashew cream are both delicious. The complimentary cucumber and mint-infused or orange-infused water are a great addition to the meal. The prices are reasonable, especially considering it's in downtown area ($8-12 for a fantastic meal).
