Rich's Mighty Fine Burgers & Grub

I had lunch here with my family yesterday, and although the food was delicious, it was a truly bizarre experience. We arrived shortly after 1:00, to find one employee cooking an order behind the counter. The remaining employees appeared to be having a meeting in the seating area, and did not seem interested in helping their colleague. We waited several minutes before he attempted to take our order, but then because of a language barrier he needed to request someone else to come over and help. After taking our order, the 2nd employee returned to the meeting, leaving the single employee on his own, despite a line of additional customers. I get that meetings need to happen, but choosing to do one in the lunch hour, and occupying 3 of nine tables to do it, does not seem like the best approach. Because the other employees did not help take orders or prepare food, the wait seemed longer than it should have. It’s really a shame that the experience was overshadowed by what was going on with the staff, because the food was delicious. I’ll probably give Rich’s another try, but would hope that the management hears this feedback and takes it into consideration when future meetings are needed.

The burgers were great, I had the jalapeno burger with sweet potato fries. It wasn't too spicy, I was worried it would be too hot and you'd miss the flavors, but it wasn't the case with this burger. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the food came out quickly. I plan to go back.

Amazing burgers! I routinely opt for vegetarian burger options and am often disappointed by soft black bean burger patties akin to the texture of refried beans...which is just not what you want in a burger! I decided to try the mushroom provolone burger with caramelized onions and the beyond veggie patty. It was delicious!!! Not at all a disappointment.

Small place so I would plan on taking out next time. 4 of us went and each got different burgers, each were delicious and well made. The staff was friendly and helpful.
