I love a new yorker style thinner crust, so it is always gunna for me, but my family likes it thick (and for meat and cheese eaters also invite these toppings.) homemade root beer! woo!
The Pie just started serving pizza with vegan cheese, and in my opinion they have a long way to go. The cheese is SUPER thick and, as many of you I'm sure know, when Daiya gets cooked in huge quantities it just gets gross. No flavor, just a fatty goop. They also haven't figured out how to get veggies cooked all the way with the vegan cheese. The veggies are undercooked and the cheese underneath them isn't melted. Other than that, I love their crust and sauce. I wish they could get the cheese thing figured out because they are way cheaper than the other vegan pizza place in town (Este)!
We love grabbing this pizza when we are in the mood. Piled high with veggies and the red sauce is vegan so you are good. If you refrain from the daiya cheese, you’re in for a tasty treat. Nice tasty vegan thick crust is so good!

It seems there’s a separate vegan menu available. I ordered a 16-inch pizza with vegan cheese, mushrooms, and some other toppings. It was okay, but there was a bit too much cheese for my liking, and I prefer a crispier crust.
