Excellent smoothie/juice bar, set back from the road in a little quiet square including a food outlet, a bar and spmeone selling vintage clothes. Excellent fresh smoothies smoothie bowls batidos medicinales. The owner Jessica her dog Jacko are really friendly speak English (not the dog! Highly reccomended.

This is the perfect place to get a cold drink. Jessica is the friendliest, and helps you find a healthy and refreshing drink you will love. It is within a very cute food truck park. I’ve been going every day!

This is an awesome little juice and smoothie place where you can customize your drinks. You can choose the base (water, dairy, almond milk, soy milk or orange juice), choose a protein (vegan or whey) and then choose from a variety of fresh fruit options. They also have a nice selection of other healthy drinks on the menu. I highly recommend this place. Tika Frutika is run by a local, female entrepreneur and is located across from Mariposa's Hostel, in the outdoor food court, which has other food options and good vibes. There's also live music sometimes in the evenings. Definitely a place to check out if you're looking for healthy options in Samara.
