Went for brunch. Slow service despite not being very busy. Food was ok. Bacon was inedible...absolutely disgusting. Tables are worn and sticky...why!? Kind of gross. Given the prices I expected much better.
Make sure you order hamburger medium or medium rare never medium well because if the latter it will be dry and tasteless. The French fries were old very disappointing. Soup and sandwich not bad good lentil and tomato soup, some salad and grilled ham and cheese none of the food was quality.
Patio closed because there are no functioning heaters. Inside too loud for conversation. Food and service good...
This was a lovely dining experience in a beautiful location in the Presidio. We live in Marin and it was a very easy drive for dinner mid-week. Ian was a delightful waiter. We took all of his suggestions, and it was delicious.
