Tender and juicy. Fairly large pieces. The breading was well seasoned and didn’t fall off with the first bite. The French fries were tasty and cooked perfectly: not too crunchy and not too soft. They could have used a bit more salt though. While the chicken was very good, my wife’s cheeseburger was next-level delicious. It was cooked perfectly: very juicy and with a great flavor. Served on a toasted bun. The veggies were fresh and it had just the right amount of mustard and Mayo. We ordered the hot apple pies, which were average. They reminded me of the McDonald’s hot apple pies they served in the 80’s and 90’s. The woman who took our order was very kind and helpful. Extremely reasonably priced. This place is take-out only with no available seating. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
A regular to this gem in San Antonio for over 5 years. The very best chicken tenders hands down in San Antonio.
Ordered chicken with rolls and fries. I really liked the chicken. It's very crispy and juicy. The rolls were ok. The fries were just how I liked them. I probably could have eaten a whole box by myself. The staff was very friendly. Just fyi, this is a to go only. Will definitely be back on my next visit to San Antonio.
I've been a few times and have tried everything on their menu with the exception of the apple pies. I ordered them today but did not receive them with my order. It's definitely my fault for not checking. Hopefully, I can try them tomorrow. The food, though, is amazing! When first trying it, I went 3 times in one week. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck.
Love it. Burgers re so good and the fried okra are just right!
