I had an issue with my food when it was delivered the manager who took my phone call was amazing she took care of everything!
Went through the drive-thru, long lines, but it went by quickly. Cheers to the staff for the great teamwork.
Outstanding example of the chain. Smoothly handled the rush hour traffic, ensured accurate and timely delivery of orders, and flawlessly managed multiple orders within the same vehicle. From entering the line to getting my food was about 7 minutes, and the line wrapped around the building. Very pleased with my experience, as well as the professionalism of the staff. They performed exceptionally well.
My partner and I have been here for years. The staff was always polite. We order from this place about 2x per month. The month of October was not a good experience. I understand they're under serious pressure to trigger commands and make mistakes. It's not great to wait half an hour for your food. Then, if you ask, you will get it when you get it. If you are rude to the employee, you should be treated like this. If you're not, it's not okay. 2. Experience 2 weeks after 1. This time we used Curbside. They left 3 items of our order and instead gave us a side salad with cheese. Partner had to drive back to Chick-fil-A to get it corrected. It took 15 minutes. I've been working in food service all day and dealing with customers, it's hard. I have family working in the personnel industry. I understand that people fight everywhere to find workers and I'm sympathetic. Where is the line between being sympathetic and simply being treated badly? This place seems to fight. Especially with what her brand should be. Good, quick, precise friendly service. Maybe we'll try again in a month.
