Chick-fil-a - San Antonio

Halfway to eat my grilled chicken burger, I realized something wrong. I took another bite, and I almost threw up. Terrible taste! Not sure what happened to this order, but if I get food poisoning, I'll know it was from this one. I took my order to go so I couldn't just go back and complain as I had to be back at work, but good that we have the Internet. Chick fil a, you were about the last fast food chain I expected this. Just a terrible experience...

If you can avoid this place, do it. I lived in the UTSA area for almost 10 years and I rarely had problems with a chick bite. But this place I can hardly remember a time I had a good experience. From almost always something wrong with my order to service and food well under chick-fil-a standards. Don't let me close them before their specified hours. This has happened a surprising amount of times.

Great! Service was great by the really friendly staff! Parking was too small and difficult to navigate during the busy time of our visit.

This box felt an always messes up my order first time ordering breakfast here at this place she gave me my coffee without lid and forget my husband coffee and burrito I called her talking to the manager Katherine she said when I wanted to go back and get it so I was glad that I didn't live far, the other time that she worries my daughters order from the app that she gave me the wrong milkshake I always called

Was not happy with my order. I don’t like pickles on my sandwich and I requested no pickles on my order. You can see the sticker that says “No pickles”. And they proceed to not only add the standard 2 pickles but to add 3x as much. Really extra pickles, is this supposed to be funny. Had to throw away my sandwich because it tasted like wet soggy pickle chicken. Not coming back to this location.
