The coffee is enjoyable, but the cookies are not soft. A cookie should be soft when bitten into. This doesn't make their cookies unpleasant, just not very satisfying.
I love the history of this restaurant and its location in the city. The food is decent. The only drawback is the dirty lobby, which may be due to understaffing. It seems like they are doing their best to manage the high foot traffic. I suggest they have wipes available for customers to clean their own tables. Overall, it's not my top choice, but I would still go back with my family for a budget-friendly meal.
As a European, I was disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's location. Despite its popularity, I did not enjoy my visit. There were barely any vegetarian options on the menu, the lobby was quite dirty, and the staff were not very friendly as they loudly called out order numbers throughout the entire restaurant. The food was decent, at least it was made fresh.
This is by far the worst McDonalds in the WORLD. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the worst in the galaxy. The wait was extremely long, and we ordered drinks and a large fry. They made our ice cream and slushees immediately, and we saw them wait on the counter for 15 minutes, and melt. The prices are higher than other McDonald’s, and the service was much worse. Staff were not friendly, not outgoing, and are not up to McDonald’s corporate expectations. This building also was unbearingly hot, likely doesn’t have any A/C working. I would avoid this restaurant like the plague.
They lost my order and I never received my food. I placed a mobile order at 10:12 am. As I arrive, the place was totally swamped and they looked short staffed. I had sympathy for them, but after 30 min, I finally see my order number on the now serving part of the screen. However, the workers were shouting out numbers that weren 't on there AND not shouting out numbers that WERE on the screen. A total ape house. I listen for my number, but they never called it out. My number then disappears from the now serving screen. They never called out my order. It is now 10:51 am. I ask them where my order is and show them my mobile order time and number. They just shrug and say, it 's not in the system . I ask for a refund, and they say that I have to do it through the app. Not good at all. I was charged but received no food and wasted my time.
