I came in with my 2 year old. The lady didn’t acknowledge us and I was confused if I needed to seat myself or wait. The place was rather empty so I sat down and waited. Another customer walked in and sat down and waited. Finally the lady told her that she needed to order at the cashier but didn’t say anything to me. So I grabbed my toddler and ordered at the cashier. When our food was ready, a man yelled out if our food was for here or to go. He looked irritated when I said for here and he replied with “I gotta change it”. Needless to say I got my order kept in foil but thrown in a cutting board and my grandsons taco in a foil without a plate. Then I see the lady making the tortillas behind the counter without wearing gloves with her long, fake nails. I support local businesses and that is why I went to eat there but the service was enough for me not to return.
Ordered Huevos Rancheros, barbacoa taco and bean and cheese taco for kids. Lady just brought us food we had to check which taco was which and she rudely said “we dont do that” when I asked which was which. Beans and bacon are cold and dont taste right. Even grandson doesnt want his favorite bean and cheese taco. And the price? Too high for the quality and service. $27 for all. We wont be back.
Best flour tortillas in town, excellent coffee and service.
Fresh ingredients served hot and quickly. Also some unique breakfast taco combinations. The Popeye (eggs w/spinach and queso fresco) was delicious with the salsa verde or the salsa habanera. Kid-friendliness: Pleasant atmosphere suitable for family
