Whataburger - San Antonio

The service was very polite and excellent. However, my husband ordered a patty melt, and I ordered a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, he received a chicken sandwich patty melt instead of the beef patties he wanted. I was the only one who ordered chicken, so even though what we received was still tasty, it was definitely not what we had ordered. Sorry about that!

I live nearby and often visit this restaurant, so I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. I've only had about two unsatisfactory experiences, but they weren't bad enough to keep me from coming back. Yes, there can be a wait at times, but that's because the place is typically busy. On the other hand, avoid the Sonic down the road—it's a complete nightmare. That place is terrible!

I really enjoyed the food and service! Ms. Delgado, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helped me choose the best dishes to try. I can't wait to go back!

Very quick service, friendly staff and hot fresh food. This place always has nice people working which makes it more enjoyable. Food is always hot and out fast during lunch

The place was busy so we expected everything to be fresh and hot. This was not the case! The burgers on all 3 sandwiches were cold. The fries were cool and seemed a little stale or old. Not good at all.
