El Pollo Loco - San Bernardino

It was $28 for 12 pieces mixed chicken. No pages. No tortillas. I really wanted chicken breast so I asked to be mixed. Legs and thighs were just like $3 cheaper. It would be better to go to Stater Bros and get a whole Rotisserie chicken for $6-$12. I had a couple of vouchers, but they went out so I couldn't use them. If they hadn't expired, that would be the only time I'd go back here because the coupons from the mail were a good deal, but without coupons. I wouldn't come back.

Never will I waste my time to leave a review but this place needs to hear it. I order lunch from here M-F for pick up on the App. Today I did the same and the door was locked AGAIN and the phone was off the hook I waited 10mins calling and trying to get through. I knocked on the Door and stood there while the employees inside ignored me. The drive through line was out to the street so I left Without my food that I paid go for. Unacceptable I will not ever be returning here and I want my money back. Most the workers are rude and mad all the time. Especially and older man I think he's the Manager.

I visited this location around lunch time 2/3days ago. The cashier that took our oder was the rudest. One thing I always want is good customer service when fining or ordering through a drive thru. Don't get me wrong our food was amazing. But she sucked and she obviously hates her job. Through the drive thru speaker you can tell by her tone of voice she is miserable at her place of employment. Customer service is your job title provide what you should be. Period!

The 8 pieces meal was great with rice and beans. Fed our family of 3 lunches 2 times.

I love the taste of El Pollo Loco, but this chicken seems so small lately. I remember a thicker, juicy thigh part, now, not so much. 4 stars for taste, 5 stars for service.
