Service like at home, nothing is too much, servers will answer your questions if you have one, they all know their dishes very well and the specialties too. Loved the complementary drinks and snacks that can be filled up. I visited both Aguajal in Los Olivos and was pleasantly surprised at both places. Worth a visit.
You are not in 100 degrees heat or mosquitoes, you want to try to eat jungles? The Aguajal is your place. Try the Paiche or Dorado with Chonta Salad. If you don't go so healthy for the Tacacho, from green bananas with bacon. As a compromise you can get a Juane, rice packed with chicken into a ball in banana leaves. For a small protein, for the Cecina.
We eat in Aguajal Los Olivos Av. Carlos Izaguirre. After our order, waiter Uvachado served as welcome drink and small portions of snacks (Cochita Chifles). The Ronda Aguajal cost 85 Soles Juane de Gallina, Tacacho, Chaufa Aguajal, Fried River Fish and Fried Banana on the page. For the drink they have Aguajina, Camucamu and Cocona, also for dessert, Aguaje Popsicle. We enjoyed our lunch.
