Seriously, I really try to like this place! the location is great, the decor is fabulous, but eating well not so much. my first visit they never brought the hamburger of my friend, then they insisted on paying for it. my second visit, my chili-Rellenos were. so cold the cheese was solidified. (I think they didn't heat them up long enough in the microwave. Today I decided to try them for breakfast. the order was pancake with a whirl, rather simple, or when the plate arrived, I knew something was right. the burning smell was overwhelming. I tried to make the best of a possibly bad situation, I bumped under the first pancake burned on one side. the second, the same. the third was completely black on the bottom. not to be someone who likes to complain about eating, I hesitated to send her back. she was surprised when she didn't realize they were burned. (really) the smell was gone) she returned with another charge which was ok, but the same plate, the same egg. in any case, according to my opinion, three strikes and you're out. I won't come back if someone really turns my poor.
We tried to get a table without reservation at the New Year's Night (not eva) and could not sit. that sounded like a good recommendation, so we tried again in the next night and were thrilled to enjoy a good meal with good service. the chips were tastier as most and the order of the guacamole was generous. our entrees chili relleno and enchiladas were delicious, presented beautiful and very large portions. the next day we had enough to go home. our server was friendly and helpful as we practiced our annoying Spanish on it. the bartender was attentive and ensured that the wine glasses were not long empty. the room is pleasant and warm. there were both Mexican and non Mexican diners who enjoy the variety of options on the menu. we will come to Chihuahua when we have visited next week and I am confident that they will enjoy it.
We were meeting people for a Sunday afternoon lunch. It was their recommendation. Wow what a good meal. The decor is very good and even entertaining to the eye. The server was Mexican but had good English. The food was out to us quicker than...I expected and very well presented. It didn't have that thrown on the plate look, but put out like some cook was proud of their work. We will go back.
Very good, all around Mexican Food with some American mixed in. Have enjoyed Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner there.
