Quad Ale House - San Diego

My older daughter's favorite chicken strips anywhere. And now my younger daughter too! The pulled pork mac and cheese is my go to. They also have a brisket mac and cheese. Both are fantastic! The chef here does everything from scratch including the BBQ sauce (which they should bottle and sell). It's so good that my oldest, who does not like pasta of any form, is still digging in my mac and cheese. Top that with a vast selection of beer, local favorites to exotic imports. We discovered it by accident. Walking around on a very hot afternoon taking a break from comicon. Our only requirement was to eat somewhere with AC. Glad we found this place!!!

This was a quiet hidden-away place above Gaslamp Tavern. We actually didn't even know about until our waiter mentioned there is an upstairs. Well, upstairs, is where this place is located. They serve beer and share the kitchen with Gaslamp Tavern. So if you want any food from there it can be brought up to you. We sat by the windows and looked down on the street. It is a relaxing quiet place. I would certainly go back to Quad Alehouse.

Such a cool little place! Never even knew about Quad AleHouse until I checked it out last night during the mardi gras parade party. Shout out to the club pass for the free cover welcome shot that led me to discover this spot.

Our baby shower went off perfectly thanks to Lauren and her awesome staff. The place looks beautiful, the food was great. We were pampered!. Each staff member was so nice, friendly professional. They even fixed the cake that I smashed my chest into. This place is perfect for any event. Thank you Quad Alehouse-we will be back!!

Nothing but a good time love the environment and the employees especially Lauren. I will recommend this place to everyone
