Both the cup and cup sleeve were super thin much thinner than in other places. Plus, they didn't have Splenda. They only had sugar in a jar and that's it.They are clearly spending their money in the wrong things.. Bottle of water is branded, cup sleeve is branded.. I'd much rather a regular quality cup sleeve than a branded one.On the flip side, the service was fast and the was no waiting lines.
Coming back from a business trip in the upper Midwest I didn't hesitate to stop at Amy's! I broke my neck taking a double take on the menu as to my surprise the burgers are meatless! What a refreshing option in an airport of all places. Luggage at SFO is notoriously slow so you could easily spare the 6-7 minutes to have a freshly made sandwich. I took it with me to the parking garage roof for my Lyft which also come with a wait so I was just fine eating outside waiting for the taxi. Competition is tough on the Harvey Milk Plaza as there are some good options but I must admit, I'll come back here for sure.
We were headed out of SFO and wanted something quick and easy for the plane ride. So many choices to choose from for food at this airport and we picked Amy's because pizza sounded ideal for the travel time we had ahead. There was either a cheese pizza or a marghertia pizza to choose from no meat lovers option. We chose the latter. Not bad relative to taste but for $20, it was definitely too small of a pizza for two people to share.
Hey Amy’s, can I have my $1.50 for cream cheese back? Didn’t notice it was missing until I was already on my flight.
I had no clue this was a vegan restaurant. It was nice from a health and taste perspective. The vegetable patty breakfast sandwich with spicy sauce was delicious. The iced vanilla latte was refreshing. The ladies were friendly and efficient in the delivery of service. The vibe of the location is that of a little diner with a nice open area of bar style and low-top tables.
