Mint ice was very minty! Could taste the spearmint taste clearly. Also quite favorable, and they have a good mix of flavors! Great area to go or sit and enjoy your ice cream on a beautiful day in town

Smitten in Hayes offers the best ice cream in the city. Please go ahead and try the other offers... Salt and Straw, Bi-Rite, Mitchell's, Humphry Slocombe... Smitten has the best texture and rich, clean taste with freshly baked waffles and bowls. The smell of the waffle alone is worth the entrance fee. The service is fast and the quality is consistent. Enjoy your cup bowl in the nearby park and then take a beer or coffee next door.

Essentially churned and frozen to order with nitrogen if i have it all straight. I love it, but the flavor combos or single flavors never match up for me when I visit. One day... They get a full 5 because the product is really really good every time. It kinda makes up for any shortcomings you might find otherwise. The park across the street can be quite nice.

Chanced upon this outlet as I was strolling through Hayes Street. They have very limited flavours but they more than make up for it with the quality of the ice cream. They literally churn the ice cream in front of you. Try it, you won't be disappointed
