Pho Kim Long - San Jose

The food at this restaurant is decent, but not outstanding. The service is also average, and the staff could be a bit friendlier.

I ordered the beef pho number 1 combo and it was excellent. The broth had a light and flavorful beef taste, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Some of the meat was a bit questionable, but overall it was fresh and tender. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable, especially for the Bay area. The restaurant was busy but we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for a table. Parking is limited as it is shared between all the restaurants in the plaza. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes!

Consistency. Pho Kim Long stands the test of time as being a great Pho restaurant. I grew up in San Jose and frequented here dozens and dozens of times throughout my life. The Pho is outstanding and made fresh. One of the top pho restaurants in the San Jose/Milpitas area.

Family was sick so I ordered take out. Surprised that we got thick noodles instead of the pho noodles.
