Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Have a chicken burger, pizza and nuggets, it was all to expect not to draw anything, but not to lift anything, could also be a good thing in this case because it could be bad. The service was so, some stood with great effort, while others slipped the food on the way through the table, so it somehow cancels. I don't understand why we turned 3-4 different people around the area, I could see why it created the confusion of double refill.

4/29/2022 much improved. Quick service not wait. 1/29 6:30 significantly improved. Waited at check-in for 10', but they went to table after placing the other 3 customers in front of us. The service is improved. 2019 Slow, slow and slow

Horrible take out service. I called and placed an order and arrived within the time I was told my order would be ready. When I showed up for my order it was still not ready it took over twice the time I was told. To top it off when I got home almost all of the sauces had spilled at the bottom of the bag. This place is so sloppy for take out not to mention that it is the only option at the moment not sure if it is after a certain time.

This last visit was exceptional. There food has always been amazing. But, their service was usually very slow. It was two of us and we were seated immediately and the food came supper fast this time. The place was still packed as usual. My son got a burger and he devoured it. We also got steakhouse frys, sweet potato fries, and pretzel bites. They were awesome. I asked for no salt on the bites. I have been trying to eat more healthy, so I ordered a southwest chicken salad. It was very good and they put the sauce on the side. I ate half there and the rest at home the next day. I regularly get the whiskey river burger which is great.

Bland ,cold and terrible.the lemonade tastes like dirty sink water with no filter.and when was the last time they cleaned their soda machines?? Probably Never,like I'm never going back ???
