Rubio's Coastal Grill - San Jose

Love the food and the staff. The staff are always smiling and happy in a very genuine way. I feel it shows how good the management is. You can also see the employees get to have lunch breaks too which shows the healthy way the staff is treated. Thedrink options here are way better than most restaurants with frescas AND teas. Not just sweet tea. The food itself is alsoawesome and fresh everytime. They actually serve way more than you'd expect but there are always deals to choose from and a widevariety of options. The toppings bar is also help yourself and very good in variety. Lastly the structure is amazing! As soonas you step on you're not overwhelmed. There is a side bar that guides you to make your order and you're not confused at allwhere to go. There is even a bench at the front of the order bar which is so kind for kids, pregnant people, elderly people,sick/disabled people and others who might need it! (Or even your bag lol) The bathroom is also held to a very high standard andeven better than target. I feel clean going in and out! All good.

Hello, my last two orders (10947551352176640 10345634485485569) I made using the Rubio's website have been missing meals. I'd much rather be giving a 5 star review but even after trying to call, submitting a help request through your website I havegotten no resolution to this issue. What can I do to ensure I get all the meals the next time I order? Thank you. Josh

Puny portions , low on flavor Two bowls , chips and salsa and one bottled beverage for 32 dollars The bowl cilantro lime quinoa bowl with grilled veggies instead of chicken had zero quinoa The bowl was 70 percent rice After 5-6 spoonfuls , I was downto eating rice with raw tomatoes The small half ounce portion of guacamole in the bowl is an insult The grilled veggies wereless than one ounce I?m assuming they would put one ounce of meat if I were to order it with chicken. The mango avocado saladwas slightly bigger But still for 11 dollars I expect more volume The chips and guacamole was bland Chips were over friedbrown It was like a snack , chipotle is more flavorful , zero wait time and cheaper Same food would have cost 10 percent. Lessat chipotle and I would have had 30 percent bigger portions

The Toppings Bar is also itself and very good in diversity. Finally, the structure is amazing! As soon as you arrive, you are not overwhelmed. There is a sidebar that guides you to make your order and you are not at all confused where you are going. There is even a bank on the front of the ordering bar that is so friendly for children, pregnant people, elderly people, sick / disabled people and others that could need it! (or even your bag lol) The bathroom is also kept on a very high standard and even better than finish. I feel inside and out! All right.
