The portions are large. They did a nice job for us. If ever we have enough time on a layover in San Jose we will be back..
SLOW!!!!! Hello?! You’re a restaurant at an AIRPORT…people are on a SCHEDULE with no flexibility. We would all love to take our time with our jobs but that’s just not your reality.
A picture may say a thousand words, but my teriyaki salmon tasted like it was cooked on a chicken bone and drenched in watery sauce. The rice was not fully cooked and the salad was the saddest I have ever seen.
Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian udon and sushi, including an avocado and cucumber combo roll that looked delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has ample seating for wheelchair users and easy access to pay for your meal.
Not authentic Japanese at all but if you're okay with that, this is yummy. The seating is comfortable and relaxed
