Restaurante Baro - San Juan

This was the only place we could eat in San Juan on Sunday evening in January. Even then it did not open until 8.30 despite their own website say 7.30, but the food was very good and the prices excellent. For 1000 pesos including tip we had a chicken breast with pumpkin office and a steak sandwich as well as a bottle of local white wine and a bottle of water, accompanied by a bread basket. Ambience good, service efficient and many local customers who suggest that it is consistent.

This Italian restaurant was randomly found and the food was delicious! Between me and my friends we ordered a pizza margarita, Tortellini and a Cesar Salat, but the offer was endless. The portions were huge and we definitely deserved our money. The prices on the menu were also very reasonable and the staff was very attentive and friendly to pack everything we don't even finish for rippers. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with tables inside and outside and a very modern atmosphere. Overall a popular place to go and eat for locals!

Had to kill an hour before the bus station on a Sunday, so not to sit open and eat a drink. Fun place, free Wi-Fi, retro music collection on the wall all good fun! Service was friendly and efficient. Good wine selection and good price (as San Juan wines are) and did the work perfectly

This restaurant was packed when we passed the day before, so we decided to try it for dinner. We were really impressed by it's typical Argentine food yes, but good quality, pretty cheap prices, a bit more variety than usual, and fast, friendly service. I had a salad and my friend had the 'wok chicken' that was smudged with vegetables. Both were a welcome change of Steak Pizza Pasta. Beautiful local wines also available. Would recommend!

Located close to the cathedral, modern decoration, varied menu, quite a few small tables, a place you can go to on your own, fairly bad acoustucs so quite loud. Average food at average price. Go there for a quick good meal with good service.
