Casual Middle East Mediterranean restaurant. You order at the counter and then they bring it to your table. Lots of freshly made dishes and they have a gyro rotisserie. The salad was huge and very good. The wrap was a little small but still good. Overall good place for a quick meal I would go back. FYI there is a 3% health charge
Delicious flavorful food. Spacious nice dining area. Good service. Convenient hours for late lunch or early dinner or anytime dine. The We will be back.
We are fans of Hummus place at Stanford, but San Mateo location is different. Quality of the food is the same, but vibes and ambience is more like canteen. My husband always go for lamb shish kebab it is good. I went for salmon it varies, not as predictable as kebab. The place and the team are very kids friendly. We are visiting with our 13months old baby, the team plays and interacts with the baby in a very friendly Turkish style way! Much appreciated!
Doordash order. Lovely, lovely hummus! The original hummus is second to Dish n Dash's hummus in my opinion. The Chipotle hummus was nice. I wouldn't order it on its own though. I did not try the feta and olive hummus but my partner liked it fine. My favorite was the BEET HUMMUS! It was GREAT! It was a little sweet and vibrant, which was nice. I'm still thinking about it. Ranked in order: 1. Beet hummus would definitely come back to order this again. 2. Original hummus Nice hummus but would not go out of my way for it. 3. Chipotle hummus glad I tried it but I don't need to have any more. Hummus flight comes with one pita bread cut in two, which is nowhere near enough. We ordered two extra sides of pita bread and still ran out of pita before the hummus. Can't wait to have the beet hummus again!
