I recommend a visit to this small family-run oven, which seeks to recover and maintain the ancient flavors of Sicily as the tuminine bread and the typical marbles of San Michele di Ganzaria. Everything very very good and at really cheap prices. Good Mr. Silvestro, because with his family he works every day to preserve the tradition of Sicilian furnaces.
