"Well finding H restaurant was actually totally random as we were walking through Toulon and discovering the town. What pulled us to this hidden treasure was that it didn't really look like a restaurant but rather a uniquely beautiful little house with a huge kitchen....When we entered (and the restaurant was not even open yet it was opening 15' later) the hostess took us to a beautiful little area were no more than 10 tables were, where she showed us our table. Since this is France communication was an issue as neither of us spoke french but the hostess did her absolute best to explain what each dish was. After we decided, the chef who we later found out was the owner as well came and sat to a table next to us where he started telling us all the little tips and tricks to get around town. He was incredible and his English was extremely good. A while later he left from our side to cook our meal. The ingredients were all daily and thus the menu seemed not to ever repeat exactly the same. When the food came we were amazed by both the presentation at first but also when we tasted it, it was divine the tastes all merged in a perfect balance with no one taste overpowering any other even though garlic was a star on all plates. It was a truly unique find and I urge anyone who visits Toulon to visit this exquisite restaurant. Thank you for the incredible service, the exquisite tastes and the amazing company you provided us with."
