Ron's Hamburgers Chili - Sand Springs

I would love to give 5 stars all around because for months we’ve been having dinner here almost every Friday evening and have never had a complaint…until we did. The food is always delicious! The service has always been superb! The atmosphere has always been perfect atmosphere for a burger joint. Until it wasn’t. When the recent assasination attempt was happening, the tv was on and the young waitress said to my husband, “it’s to bad they missed”. My husband was appalled and asked, “what did you just say?” She repeated her statement. Total lack of compassion for a human life. Her opinion is just that, her opinion but not acceptable to say to a customer in a crowded restaurant. As my husband left he told another staff member that he would not be back because of what the young lady said, to which she replied, “we need to change the channel before something gets started”. We have not been back.

Not impressed with the way its ran. No greeting when we came in,. Then had to look at a few booths before finding one that was clean to start with. The lighting is so dark and you really cant see, like your at bar. Order a sweet tea and 2 waters. You always order drinks first.. placed order for 3 bacon cheese bugers and my husband wanted a large bacon cheese fry. After all is said and done meal total came out for right at 44 dollars. They didnt combo the drink and fry, because we didnt tell them too. So now you have to tell them how to do there Job and asked for them to do that and she said she couldnt because it was already rung up and managment will not let them change it. Also didnt see any adults working just kids. We Will not be back.

Food was great, price was great for the amount of food, service was friendly.

We are from Missouri and this was our first time having Ron’s. The service was incredible from the moment we walked through the door. We had a large party and were seated immediately. The food was fantastic and everyone was extremely pleased. We will absolutely stop here again!
