I felt compelled to write one after eating here. this place is fantastic! we had American favorite, general tsaos huh, ham fried rice and egg foo yung, because my man is not used in Chinese food. everything was delicious! the chicken was tenderly baked and so fresh. it was as authentic as oma or one of my dancing. I've never tried such fresh and authentic Chinese dishes in utah. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we felt incredibly welcome and comfortable here. that it's right at my house makes me so happy that I've moved here. it is really a hidden gem in the neighboring. we will definitely come back!
Love this place!!. I've actually eaten here several times and today I went with a good friend of mine who is from Beijing. She gave it a thumbs up and said that this food was just like home. Soggy potstickers, eggrolls are buttery and soggy, help was horrible.
Ask for the authentic Chinese menu. This place is fantastic as long as you know what to ask for. And that begins with asking for the authentic Chinese menu. This is the menu typically only given to the Chinese folks. They have a seperate menu with the typical American Chinese food think sweet and sour if you don't request the other. The firecracker chicken dish is amazing.
Great Food and Service. In-laws in town. Living in my house. For the weekend. I needed a shot of sanity, so we headed over to Szechuan Garden for our inaugural visit. It was a great choice. The restaurant itself is located in another dingy, nasty Utah strip mall. The décor in the restaurant itself isn't anything fancy. We were seated under a TV that was loudly playing Babar on it (I think the owners' kid was angry we took his spot), and it was so loud we asked it to be turned down. But all of that didn't matter once we received our food We weren't feeling adventurous, so we mainly ordered from the American Side of the menu. We started with the scallion pancakes, and if you...read more
