Dunkin' - Sanford

Waited to pick up an order when a gentleman went to the restaurant, the line of 4 people cut off waiting for order. ordered his food and coffee from the books and gave the girl cash. he had his food in a few minutes while others wait longer. I guess if they're a tribe, they don't have to wait in the line. if I could, I would give them 0 stars

Hands down the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been too. The employees are rude. I ordered through the app and was informed at the window, after waiting 40 mins, that they didn’t have half of my order in stock. They then told me that I need to ask for a refund in the app, there is no option for that. They are supposed too give you a refund in cash as this has happened in the past at other locations and they refused. Of course no one to call for the app until Monday. Then our frozen coffees where HORRIBLE. Stay clear of this location!

This location (46 near Sanford/Lake Mary) was horrible! After standing inside, waiting nearly 10 minutes before being greeted I was asked to wait a minute while the drive thru was being serviced. I walked out totally disappointed and wondering how or why is this behavior allowed??? NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION if you want good, speedy customer service. I 'd suggest Race Trac near I 4 for your donuts and coffee.

Long lines. Sometimes they randomly close the inside because of staffing issues. And the donuts are mediocre. Much better to go two miles up the road to a local place called Donuts To Go .

Says they open at 5:00am and they don't. service is bad and they don't care
