Burger King - Sanger

They make many mistakes on my orders. they need to check if everything is in the bag.

They got my order wrong but that wasn't even bad, they tried to give me the tiniest egg slice on my sandwich, bacon looked raw. I give up on fast food. No one cares anymore. These places need to get shut down.

Worst BK in the valley. Long wait times, wont take orders in the morning. Those employees are lazy, incompetent and rude. The manager is no better. Skip this place. If you really want Burger King, try the one On Clovis, off of Jensen. The food there is actually edible. Would rate -5 stars if I could.

Order a whopper jr and a whopper with fries and jalapeño poppers. I asked for fresh patties. Got home the whoppers and fries were cold. They also forgot to give me the jalapeño poppers. It is a 3-5 minute drive to my home, not enough time for food to get cold. Very disappointed. Called to talk to manager and there is only a 1-800 number that no one answers because they are not available! Probably won’t be back.

Fast food is always ok, but the reason I gave them two stars was bcz the service was sloppy, they could never give you a purchase receipt, I've been there a few times and the same lame excuse is always that the WiFi is down so they can't give you a receipt. Then when mentioned that a few days it was the same issue seemed like they didn't care much about it
