Restaurante El Correcaminos

We were brought here by family of ours who are local to the area. From what I was told, this was the first restaurant in the area, before the big boom of wineries and restaurants in the Ruta del Vino. It was $50 for 6...people! That was a great deal. The food was delicious, well made and quickly served. The staff was very attentive and constantly brought more coffee. I would definitely come here again!

We finally stopped here for breakfast. The location is excellent, if you are headed into wine country as it is located at the first town, San Antonio De Las Minas. It's mid March at 10am and we were sat in the larger dining room. It...was FREEZING. I was in a long sleeve short and jeans and had to grab my coat. The food was ok and got cold fast because of the temperature good eggs no bueno. I nearly had to tackle the waitress for more coffee. The bill came to about $10 ea, which in MEX, for diner style food seems a little on the high side. Ladies bathrooms...meh. We took a piece of apple pie to go this is their saving grace, it is delicious. At the very least, stop for the pie.

Buenos desayunos norteños. Excelentes las tortillas de harina, caseras. Recomiendo la machaca, jugo de uva, chilaquiles. Buen servicio, atento y rápido. Totalmente recomendado para desayunar antes de hacer el recorrido de las bodegas.

Nuevamente en este restaurante y quedo muy satisfecho con el sabor y la abundancia de sus platillos.. Buenos precios.. Excelente el jugo de uva natural... Podrían mejorar el exterior falta orden y limpieza.
