Sonic Drive-in - Santa Ana

Sonic is a great restaurant that I enjoy visiting, even though it's located 20 to 25 miles away from me. The food reminds me of home back in Oklahoma, especially the delicious chili cheese tater tots. It's unfortunate that I have to drive so far to get there, as I would go more often if there was a location closer to me. I've noticed some negative reviews, but I believe that sometimes people have bad days and make mistakes. I had an issue with the root beer tasting off once, but the staff quickly fixed it. It's important to be patient and understanding with food service workers, as they work hard and deserve better treatment. Let's not let one bad experience ruin the reputation of a good place with great food. Sorry for the lengthy review.
