Burger King - Santa Cruz

I eat here all the time. The food is fast and the employees are like my other mothers. The regular clientele is a bit dicey but if you like good reality TV then you'll enjoy the cast of characters and the occasional.profanity riddled outburst. The place is clean and there's functional restrooms. Open til 10 in the dining room and the drive through is open til midnight.

Service is ridicules. I've been coming to this BK forever, especially more recently not but choice. More of a convince thing, since I started working across the street and Lunch breaks aren't that long. The cashiers know me, not by name but by face. And when I had went there the other day the drive-thru person forgot my cheesecake and I had to return to the window. After I left I opened my recently New CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH and it was burnt so bad it looked like a hamburger. And when I went back for a 3 time INSIDE to get a refund the cashier wouldn't grant it and gave me attitude. So they definitely lost a very reliable customer.

40. And I have to tell David Mng. She most respectful young man not only did he up and surrendered to patience if necessary. ! And the Drive-Through line was practically on the road... My hat goes to you, Sir David and the king

Great place to stop for a quick bite of one of few places still with a drive thru. Seems BK has improved its menu, making it more cozy and quiet. It always enjoyed eating here.

Quick, hot, fresh food served with a smile! An excellent experience!
