when I went to el rayo, it was like rediscovering arepas after many bad choices to house, I enjoyed eating and it was just as cheap. very lively and loud!
I wait for brunch. good selection in the menu. friendly helpful service and great prices. we had both beautiful tasting chicken bag. coffee was also very nice.
