Joapira - Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Generally speaking it is difficult to find decent vegan options in Canary Islands apart from potatoes and salad. This place was a very pleasant surprise. They had more than 3 proper vegan food options. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The chef Jenni came to talk with us a little bit, and she said we could have more vegan options if we call in advance. You could see she does her job with passion. I would recommend this place for sure!

We arrived late at night, but after initial communication challenge got a great meal, beautifully presented and tasting even better than it looked! Lots of atmosphere with perhaps too much South American music...but this is a niggle...kept two weary travellers awake and grateful. We'll worth a visit.

I visited this restaurant a number of times on a previous holiday and was delighted to find nothing had changed. The food is just as good and possibly has even improved in its presentation whilst the ambiance and the local clientele still tell the story of a successful restaurant. Nice restaurant, friendly staff, excellent food and good value for money. Highly recommended, it will not disappoint.

No tenían la mitad de los platos que ofrecían en la carta. Lo que pedimos estaba bastante bueno.
