Cast Lounge At Viceroy Santa Monica

The worst! What a complete disappointment! Will never go back and I was so looking forward to checking this place out. Oh well

This was a disappointing dinner, especially for Christmas. We were not served any bread with dinner, not that that's a huge deal but when your overcooked sea bass comes with less than two asparagus spears, you wouldn't mind a piece of bread. The waitress brought the cream for the coffee in a water glass. This resulted in the cream going all over the table when people tried to pour it into their respective coffee cups. The last person fast learner spooned the cream into their cup. The couple next to us asked for the bottle of wine they ordered to be decanted. The waitress told them that they didn't have any ability to decant the wine. For the prices being charged, this kind of stuff isn't acceptable.

We were the only customers outside 6 of us. I am from the west coast they were from the east coast and here for work. The waiter was really bad and grumpy. I would not ever go again to the restaurant. The bar and hotle were great.

Suspended. Eating badly presented. Very difficult to get the attention of the overworked server. Eat just ok and very overpriced. Extremely disappointed.
