Carlos tiene su abc, una fórmula que ha trabajado durante años y seguirá aplicando porque todo lo que come, sabe bien. Tal vez este lugar nunca tenga una estrella de michelín, no creo que lo estén buscando, pero seguirá haciendo que miles de comensal felices en su mesa. Lo recomiendo.
