Nice place, but the crust on the bread is extremely hard to eat thru sandwich.
On Sunday morning I stole my grandson so he can pick up a pastry. Much to choose. But they weren't eggs and they were told they could have them on Monday. I sure missed getting one on Sunday
On this beautiful Friday morning I decided to get a bagel at 8:10. There were two managers and three employees who worked very hard on the constant increase in orders. Thanks to the crazy worker shortage, I waited almost half an hour for my roasted cinnamon crunch bagel. But I can't be mad at the management or the workers. There was no void, everyone worked at speed. The male manager called out orders as they were prepared. Imagine my surprise when the manager called “Bueller” to whom, of course, no one rose up to his clownish discourse. In normal times, this would be amusing for all and maybe even a laugh would escape from the lips of the unintentional Panera employee... but these are not normal times. The manager overworked only looked at breakfast that he had worked so hard to find the joke on him. He gave a resignation sigh, put the package down and continued, as cheerful as you can be in such difficult conditions. How wow. I didn't blame him if he let himself go like a cannon. But he remained composed, professional and cheerful and went immediately to prepare the next order. To overworked managers and workers of Friday morning Rush of 24th September, I couldn't really thank you for being busy with orders and clowns. Thanks, my cinnamon crunch bagel was amazing.
