Parfait, Coffee, Liquor, Sato - Sapporo

Love the concept of dessert/parfait and alcohol bars around the city. We just stopped by for a take out Hokkaido milk soft serve (tasty but could have been a tad less sweet for my liking). It was located in b1 and there's a long counter table. We'd love to come and try the desserts (note on the weekend there was a crazy queue all up the stairs and beyond on the weekend).

It may seems like a nice shop but it isn't. The staff is unfriendly at all and with their capacity, no wonder there's long line. The only good thing is the food looks nice. Flavor was OK but not amazing. I ordered the salted caramel and pistachio, the ice cream wasn't smooth and was bit melting when it arrived. You can still taste some frozen ice inside the pistachio ice cream. The whole food combination doesn't goes well at all. There's salty, then bit creamy from the cream and the apple jelly was very sour. Don't bother to visit if you don't want to ruin your mood to enjoy dessert because the staff is really unfriendly.

Modern stylish interior bar counter cozy atmosphere jazz background music relaxing happy vibe. Very popular among local and travelers. Friendly and efficient services. Simple sweets menu with great selection of liquors. Parfaits were delicious. Highly recommended.

Great place for coffee and desserts. Staff is friendly and the ice cream is very nice. Limited seat and need to queue.
