The noodles were medium-sized twisted noodles from Kanejin Food. The soup, which had a pork bone base with added vegetables, garlic, and a rich, flavorful broth, was well-balanced. The Cha-shu Don had a slightly sour red ginger, enhancing the overall taste along with the delicious sauce.
I tried the spicy miso. The regular miso is also excellent, but this spicy miso has just the right amount of spiciness and a unique flavor that makes you want to keep eating it.
During lunchtime, the restaurant may be full, but since it's a ramen shop, you usually don't have to wait too long. In the photos are the Tan Tan Ramen with extra chashu topping and the Miso Chashu Ramen. The Tan Tan Ramen was a bit too spicy for me, but for those who enjoy spicy food, I think it would be just right.
