I have never seen something so unprofessional and rude. I reserved a table 10 days in advance, I arrived in front of the restaurant, and it was very crowded. By the time I entered and paid for the entrance, 20 minutes had passed. In the end, my reservation was destroyed, why was I late . The man they call The Beard is illiterate, he messed up all the reservations and in the end he yelled at me. Where is your cheek? Is that how you treat your guests? Hungry animals!
