Our bill was over $200.00 which isn't out of the ordinary for dinner. However we were charged $2.00 each for a cup of hot water. We felt this was uncouth for this type of dining! Disappointing!!
I absolutely love the Greek ribs and lemon roasted potatoes at this restaurant! The staff is friendly and welcoming.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The French onion soup was delicious and unlike any other I've had before. Both of our dinners were outstanding. We've decided to make it a tradition to come back every year for our anniversary. The staff was friendly and attentive as well.
We often order from here when we are craving the incredible Lemon chicken soup. It's amazing and definitely worthy of being the priority of any order especially if you love lemons. This time we added pizza's to the other and I must admit although this restaurant is great, there pizzas are very disappointing. Both pizza's were over cooked with very little topping besides the cheese which there was a lot of. Normally not a bad thing but there cheese tastes like a lower quality filler type mozzarella. We also had the dry ribs which were very over priced for what you get and very chewy and displeasing. Order the soup for sure, pass on any pizza or dry ribs. Overall very expensive for good soup haha.
I have ordered from Mano's twice in the last few months and both times they got my order wrong. Out of the 6 people I ordered for, they mixed up the order for 3 of them. Despite me mentioning a food allergy, they still included the ingredient I was allergic to. I was given a credit for the $300 meal, but the people couldn't really enjoy their food because of the mistakes. When I used the credit to order for two people, they forgot the dressing for the salads. I spoke to the owner, who made excuses for the errors and didn't offer a real solution. The ribs tasted different each time I ate there, the food was delivered cold, items were forgotten, and there was a general lack of care. Including ingredients customers are allergic to, along with poor ownership, will ruin anyone's dining experience. I am disappointed that this restaurant is in Saskatoon. I used to go to Mano's when I was younger and the food was delicious and affordable, with a great atmosphere. However, it seems like things have changed since then. The prices have gone up and the service has declined. I would advise people in Saskatoon to avoid this poorly managed restaurant.
