Definitivamente es toda una experiencia de sabores en tu paladar, es un lugar acogedor y tranquilo para degustar algunos platillos traditionales recreados de una forma artesanal exquisita dejando un sabor muy grato al paladar, definitivamente si tienen la oportunidad para darse la oportunidad y llegar a este lugar lo recomiendo ampliamente. Pésimo servicio, no vale la pena la comida con los precios tan elevados como para aguantar las actitudes, mala educación y mala vibra del personal. Hay mucho lugares con mejor comida y excelente servicio. No pierdas tu tiempo con este tipo de establecimiento. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: MX$700–800

How sad that a place with so much potential has failed me so much that I want to write a review. I am writing this review with the best of intentions, because that place has incredible potential and I think that if a little attention was paid to it, that place would have lines to get in. That being said, this was my experience: I ordered a super unpleasant pork belly sandwich, the fat on it was not toasted at all and it had a consistency that was too soft, so disgusting that you couldn't even pass it. In my opinion it was like trying to eat a piece of raw bacon with a lot of nerve. They were very kind to change my plate for a flower quesadilla, which was more like a quesadilla with Jamaican jam that shoots your glycemic index up to the stars, that dish was sweeter than the jam they serve the sweet bread with. Apart from the fact that the staff is not well trained, they do not clean the lancet of the coffee machine and the coffees taste like old and burnt milk because they do not clean the machine. Don't even think about asking for an extra avocado because they charge you for the entire ranch plus shipping and VAT. The worst thing is that I had that place on a pedestal, but the lack of training, standardization and attention to detail has fallen from my grace completely. I have no problem paying so much for some dishes as long as they are well made or I lose edibles. Overall, it was a waste and I left with an emptier stomach than when I came in, not to mention the bad taste in my mouth and the desire to vomit from the pork belly. The place is nice and the staff is very friendly, but the products are simply not up to par. If I had to guess that restaurant is forgotten. I feel terrible about this review, but at the end of the day that's what reviews are for, right? They are an opportunity for improvement. I hope it helps you. The food is good, however it is ridiculously expensive for what it offers. The salads are very small portions and do not come with more than conventional ingredients for the price they charge. I wouldn't go back to that place.
