Iron Town Diner - Saugus

Went this morning for the Irontown Combo and pancakes, bacon and home fries were perfectly cooked. It was so nice to be satisfied with a great meal. Good job Iron town. This was takeout meal. Enjoyed every bit. Thank you.

A classic American breakfast. Nice staff, fast seating/service

Took a while for the waitress to come to my table and it wasn't that busy. I ordered the chicken and waffles and they were delicious. Chicken fingers were ready big and you get a lot of them. I didn't care for paying at the table, using a hand held gadget. My waitress was good until I asked her how much the chickens and waffles were. She made a face, didn't even try to hide it, looked at the paper bill, and told me the price. She was very ignorant because she assumed that I had looked at the paper bill, but I hadn't. When you pay at the table, the bill shows the total without listing what you got and showing the price for everything. You sign with your finger which is very difficult. There was no need for the waitress, who was talking, skinny, long, dark, almost black hair with blue nail polish. I went on a week day and sat in the area that is half table and booths. Such a shame that a place with excellent food, has servers like that. It took her over 5 minutes to come to my table and I was surprised. Poor service is what keeps me away from a place like this. Please retrain for customer service!!!

I ordered delivery to work and they didn’t bring the pancakes. I called the store and they told me they were too busy and to call later on to speak to a manager.

Iron Town is still the best. Any choice on the menu is excellent. The staff here is wonderful! Take care of them!
