KFC - Sault Ste. Marie

Taco Bell Canada (389 Great Northern Rd, Sault Sainte Marie, ON, Canada) has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee at the drive-thru window was completely awful. I requested a specific drink that was not available at the window, but was available inside the store. He refused to get the drink for me and instead offered me a water. I am boycotting this restaurant after this situation and will never go back there!!! The presentation was bad and they did not accommodate my dietary preferences.

Disgusting place, terrible service, but if you want to wait 30 minutes for the wrong order, it is the perfect place to go!

The service was terrible. There was a long line and almost everything had taken their order wrong. The eating zone had not been cleaned in a while. There was no air conditioning.

We stopped by this restaurant and the line was out the door with people waiting for their orders, mostly for the drive-thru. Since it's a combination of KFC and Taco Bell, we had to wait for the chicken orders to be cooked before we could order. After waiting for 15 minutes just for a few tacos, we decided to leave and try the restaurant next door.

I know in my previous review I said I wouldn't be back, but I had some coupons, so I thought I'd give them another chance. (It's been three years, remember. I have eaten there twice, recently. The first was at the drive thru, the second...I went inside. The drive thru was closed. Yes, really, it was closed. I have no idea why. They are still very slow, as in ten minutes for two tacos. That said, the food is much better than it was. This time, the tacos were hot, and the cheese melted. I might start getting snacks there, but not if I'm in a rush.
