Burger King - Savannah

This Burger King has unreliable customer service. Despite the recent renovations, our experience was disappointing as our orders were consistently incorrect. Burgers that were supposed to be made without mayo were served with it, and the sandwiches were messy. This seems to be a recurring issue at multiple locations, highlighting the need for improved customer service at the drive-thru to ensure a better dining experience for the public.

Was glad that the dunes were open to the contrary. they want to sit with my family to eat something. the crew was nice. eat in time

This Burger King has questionable customer service. Since it was remodeled we thought very highly of the place until we noticed that our orders were incorrect always ,Burgers that were previously made were served after we requested “No Mayo “,And the sandwich was sloppy.This has been the case on several occasions.They need better customer service at the window and make sure the food served to the public is presented in a better manner .

Today, I visited the Burger King location on Avenue. The young woman who took my order at the drive-thru was very polite, and I could hear the smile in her voice before I reached the payment window. I wanted to take a moment to give this review because good customer service is hard to come by these days. I don't remember her name, but it was during the midday rush on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

I strongly recommend this restaurant because I honestly cannot find any faults here. The food arrives quickly, hot, and fresh, and the desserts, particularly the shakes, are absolutely amazing.
